Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order without charge prior the order being shipped.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, you may return it unused and in new condition within 14 days from receipt.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund on orders cancelled prior to shipping and orders returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will only be considered for refund if the items are faulty or damaged.
